Engaging Spring Four-in-a-Row Sight Word Game
We’re officially in those springtime days leading up to spring break. You know the ones. The weather is starting to warm up, student energy is skyrocketing, and teachers are running on sunshine and sheer survival mode. If you’re looking for something fun (and actually meaningful!) to fill those last blocks of time, I’ve got a little spring treat for you!

A Spring Freebie to Get You Through the Final Stretch
Today, I want to share a free Spring Four-in-a-Row Sight Word Game with you. It’s super low-prep and perfect for partner play. Just add mini-erasers, cubes, or chips for game markers, and you’re set! Students will work with a partner and take turns reading and covering words, trying to get four in a row. If you have students who might benefit from working with a friend, you could have them work in pairs or play two students against two students. It’s easy, fun, and sneaky review at the same time! Add it to your March or April literacy centers or keep it on hand for when your class needs a fun break during the week leading up to spring break!

Spring Four-in-a-Row Sight Word Game
This free Spring Four-in-a-Row Sight Word Game set includes boards for multiple Dolch and Fry lists, allowing you to use it with different levels or quickly differentiate instruction without extra effort. All of the included game boards have the same design, which also makes it easy to differentiate in your classroom.

I hope it’s a helpful review activity as you count down the days to spring break! To download the free Spring Four-in-a-Row Sight Word Game set, just complete the form below, and I’ll send it directly to your inbox!
