Fall Literacy and Math Activities
As Autumn approaches, are you looking for a fun way to ring in the arrival of the new season in your classroom? I always like to celebrate the arrival of a new season with a craft or fun activity in the classroom. Here are some fun fall literacy and math activities that you can easily use in your classroom!
Fall Literacy Activities
The arrival of the fall season is a great time to practice reading skills! Students can read about fall using emergent readers and reading comprehension passages. With reading comprehension passages, students can practice comprehension skills such as finding text evidence, vocabulary, sequencing, and more!
Students can also practice writing skills by writing about fall events or fall adjectives. Students can also write a fall acrostic poem or a book about fall.
