Students will practice composing and decomposing teen numbers (11–19) through engaging number bond activities and addition equations like 8 + 3 and 9 + 6. This Sums Greater Than 10 and addition within 20 activity can be used in many ways: a whole class math scoot game, an independent math write the room activity, or a fun small math group activity! It is perfect for any math lesson or math station and will keep your students engaged and moving!

Whether playing a scoot game, completing independent task cards, or participating in a math write the room activity, students will gain ample practice with sums greater than 10!
