Students will build their understanding of place value as they recognize that 3 tens + 4 tens = 7 tens, which is the same as adding 30 + 40. This Add and Subtract Tens Scoot Game activity can be used in many ways: a whole-class math scoot game, an independent math write the room activity, or a fun small math group activity!
